PayPilot is a corporate spend mobile app, that allows your organization to allocate you an allowance for purchasing services and products at any merchant and shop worldwide, in accordance to the spending policies set to you by Nayax.

The ‘Pay Now’ button activates your ability to make a purchase using your available funds.
Pressing the ‘Pay Now’ button prompts the app to search for an EMV/NFC terminal to execute the payment.
Simply tap the payment terminal when you see the animated screen instructing you to hold the device near the terminal.

PayPilot payments are processed through the credit card scheme, similar to Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Therefore, payments are securely transmitted using the EMV protocol.
No PIN code is necessary.
PayPilot is a mobile credit card e-Wallet that contains a designated Nayax credit card token issued uniquely for you.
As PayPilot is an e-Wallet, no PIN code is required.
Payment is instantaneous.
Just like with any other e-wallet or wireless credit card, you simply ‘Tap & Go’.
Just press “Pay Now” and tap your mobile device on the payment terminal. You will receive visual and audio confirmation, both on the app and on the payment terminal.
The payment terminal will provide you with relevant feedback, similar to when you pay with a credit card. Additionally, PayPilot will notify you of a successful transaction with a green approval notification. Moreover, within the ‘History’ tab of the app, you can review your recent transactions.
Note that if a transaction is declined, PayPilot will provide appropriate ‘payment declined’ feedback.
Tapping on a specific transaction within the ‘History’ tab will reveal additional transaction information, including the reason for decline, if applicable.
Funds are added to your PayPilot app by Nayax.
To add funds to your balance, please contact either your direct manager or your Nayax HRBP.
Yes, similar to other payment methods, your payment might be declined due to insufficient funds in your account.
Additionally, payment can be declined if the purchase you’re attempting to make does not comply with Nayax spending policies.
